Comparing Imaging Systems for Inherited Retinal Disease
This study is comparing two newer ultrawide field cameras, Clarus and Optos, to a standard imaging system called Spectralis. The goal is to see if Clarus and Optos can provide the same useful information as Spectralis for evaluating and monitoring inherited retinal diseases (IRDs). Researchers will compare the retinal patterns seen with each camera. You may be able to join if you are 18 or older and have a clinical or genetic diagnosis of an IRD. This study is currently unclear on its recruitment status and plans to enroll 50 participants.

- You will have your pupils dilated and photographs taken of the inside of your eyes using three different cameras. This will take up to 2 hours.

- Compare FAF retinal patterns by Clarus and standard Spectralis FAF imagingUp to 2 hours
Graders will independently measure area of FAF retinal patterns from images of each device. The measurements (in mm²) will be compared between the two devices.
