Wearable Technology for Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI) Rehabilitation

This study is looking into new ways to help people with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), also known as concussion, especially those with balance problems. Researchers are testing if using wearable sensors during physical therapy can improve recovery. You would receive either standard vestibular therapy (exercises for balance and dizziness) or vestibular therapy augmented with audio and visual real-time biofeedback. This means you'd wear sensors that give you immediate feedback on your movements during exercises. The study aims to see if this immediate feedback helps improve your overall condition, measured at 8 weeks. They plan to enroll 100 participants. To join, you must be between 18 and 60 years old, have an mTBI diagnosis, and be at least 2 weeks but no more than 6 months past your most recent mTBI.
