3D DL oZTEo for Detecting Bone Changes in Inflammatory Arthritis
This study is looking at a new way to detect bone changes, called osseous erosions, in people with inflammatory arthritis. It uses a special MRI technique called oZTEo, combined with a deep learning algorithm (a type of artificial intelligence) called 3D DL. You might be able to join if you are an adult (18 or older) with inflammatory arthritis, have had hand X-rays in the last 3-6 months showing bone erosions, and are already scheduled for a hand MRI at Mayo Clinic Rochester. The study aims to see if adding 3D DL oZTEo to a standard MRI can better identify these bone erosions.
