This study is looking at how a diagnostic test called Pattern Electroretinogram (PERG) can help detect glaucoma earlier. Glaucoma can cause blindness, so finding it early is important to save your vision. The PERG measures how well certain cells in your eye (retinal ganglion cells) are working, which might show problems before other tests. You could join if you are between 18 and 85 years old, have good vision, and have normal results on another eye test called standard automated perimetry. Glaucomatous optic disc appearance (vertical cup-to-disc ratio \[C/D\] ≥0.5
Cup disc ratio asymmetry ≥0.2
Localized thinning of the disc
Presence or history of splinter disc hemorrhage
Moderately increased IOP (\>21 to \<28 mm Hg).
Family history of vision loss for glaucoma
