Enhanced Home-Delivered Meals for Older Adults in Rhode Island

This study is looking at an improved version of the Home-Delivered Meals Program (HDMP) for older adults in Rhode Island. It's testing if adding "Wellness check and socialization visits," calls from a "Community Health Worker," and a "Supplemental grocery bag" can better help with diet quality, food security (having enough food), loneliness, and overall quality of life. You might be able to join if you're 60 or older, live in Rhode Island, speak English or Spanish, and are considered nutritionally at risk by Meals on Wheels. The study will measure how well these enhancements work by looking at diet quality after 12 weeks. The current recruitment status is unclear.
