We are comparing two approaches: one where you receive buprenorphine at a clinic, and another where you receive buprenorphine through telemedicine at a community center, along with support from a "Recovery Guide." We want to see if the community-based approach helps people stay in treatment longer. You can join if you are 16 or older and have recently started buprenorphine treatment. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status and plans to enroll 400 people.
