This study is testing different ways to help women attend their follow-up appointments after an abnormal cervical cancer screening test. It's called the Health Enhancement Resource System (HERS) intervention. HERS uses text messages to remind you about appointments and help with any issues that might keep you from going. Some participants might also receive health coaching over the phone if they miss an appointment. The study wants to see if these methods can improve attendance at your first colposcopy (a procedure to look at your cervix more closely) appointment. They are looking for women aged 18 to 90 who have been referred for a colposcopy, can speak English, and have a cell phone with texting ability. The study is currently recruiting participants.
