NightWare for PTSD-related Nightmares and Cardiovascular Health in Veterans
This study is looking at how well a prescription wrist-wearable device called NightWare works for Veterans who have nightmares due to Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Researchers want to see if NightWare can improve sleep and also help with cardiovascular (heart and blood vessel) health. You might be able to join if you are a Veteran between 22 and 88 years old, have a PTSD diagnosis, and experience repetitive nightmares that disrupt your sleep. The study will measure changes in your sleep quality using a survey called the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index after 8 weeks of using NightWare or a sham (inactive) version of the device.
