Virtual Tai Chi Easy for Registered Nurses

This study is looking into how practical and helpful virtual Tai Chi Easy training is for registered nurses. We want to see if participating in this program can help reduce issues like "transition shock" (stress when starting a new nursing role), stress, physical symptoms, and burnout, and potentially lower the intention to quit their jobs. If you are a registered nurse between 18 and 99 years old, have internet access, and can read and write in English, you might be able to join. You should not be regularly practicing Tai Chi or other mind-body exercises. The study will involve doing virtual Tai Chi Easy for two hours a week, plus 40 minutes of personal practice, for six weeks. We will measure how feasible this training is after eight weeks.
