This study is testing a treatment called transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to see if it can help reduce opioid relapse in people with Opioid Use Disorder. tDCS uses a device to deliver a small electrical current to specific areas of the brain. Researchers will compare active tDCS to a sham (inactive) tDCS. The main goal is to see if tDCS can reduce opioid craving after two weeks. You may be able to join if you are 21-60 years old, have current opioid dependence, and recently started buprenorphine or methadone treatment (within the last 90 days). You also need to be receiving opioid treatment services at Butler Hospital or in the community. The study aims to enroll 100 participants.
