This study is looking at whether an online tool called a Deep Brain Stimulation Decision Aid can help people with Parkinson's disease decide about having Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgery. The Decision Aid provides information about DBS and other options, and helps you think about what's most important to you. We want to see if this tool is helpful and if it makes you feel more confident and informed about your decision. You might be able to join if you are an adult with Parkinson's disease who is being considered for DBS surgery at the University of Colorado. We are not including people with atypical Parkinsonism or dementia. The study aims to enroll 42 participants, but its current recruitment status is unclear.
