Study on Adaptions and Resiliency to Multi-Stressor Operations
This study is looking at ways to prevent muscle, tendon, and bone injuries, which are common in military training. It's testing if hormone treatments can help reduce these injuries and improve performance during demanding physical activities. You might receive Goserelin (a hormone-regulating drug), Testosterone gel (AndroGel 5g or 1.25g), or an Estradiol / Levonorgestrel Transdermal System (Climara Pro patch). All participants will also go through a 4-week physical training program that's similar to military training. The study is open to men and women aged 18-40 who are physically active and free of current injuries. Researchers will measure changes in your tendons (like their size and thickness) to see how well the treatments work. The current recruitment status is unclear.

- This is an interventional study with a planned enrollment of 120 participants. Male subjects will be randomly assigned to receive different doses of testosterone gel, and female subjects will be randomly assigned to receive an estrogen/progesterone patch.
