This study aims to understand how exercise affects the blood in people with restless legs syndrome (RLS). Researchers want to see if a 12-Week RLS Exercise Program changes proteins in the blood, both after a single exercise session and over a longer period. You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, have moderate-to-severe RLS that is currently untreated, and are not regularly active. The study will compare people who exercise to those who don't, to see if any changes in blood proteins are specifically due to exercise. This could help us better understand what causes RLS.

Participants will provide blood samples that will be used to measure proteins in the blood with an aptamer-based multiplexed platform of 11,000+ proteins. Two samples will be collected at the baseline testing session (before the 12-week study period); one right before and one right after the cardiorespiratory fitness test.
