Brief Behavioral Parenting Program for Behavioral Problems and Irritable Mood

This study is testing a program called the Brief Behavioral Parenting Program. This program is a 6-session, group-based training delivered online (telehealth) to help parents with children aged 3 to 5 years old who have behavioral problems or irritable moods. The program teaches and helps parents practice parenting strategies. Researchers want to understand why some parents and children may not improve after this program and how to make it better for them. Success in this study is measured by changes in parenting skills, caregiver stress, and child behavior, which will be checked before, during, and after the program.
