This study aims to understand the changes in heart tissue structure and how the heart functions in people with a specific type of heart failure called Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF). Researchers will collect small samples of heart tissue (called an endomyocardial biopsy or heart biopsy) during a procedure called a right heart catheterization. The goal is to use this information to help develop new treatments for HFpEF. You may be able to join if you are 30 years or older, have HFpEF, and meet specific criteria for heart function and symptoms. The study plans to enroll 180 participants.
