Behavioral AI to Predict and Increase Peritoneal Dialysis Uptake

This study is looking at how artificial intelligence (AI) can help people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) choose peritoneal dialysis. Researchers will use a special AI tool called Scaled Insights Behavioral AI to analyze survey responses from patients. This AI will help understand what influences a patient's decision about dialysis. The goal is to develop personalized suggestions, or "nudges," that healthcare professionals can use to help patients either continue with peritoneal dialysis or switch to it from hemodialysis. This study aims to improve how doctors understand and support patients in making these important treatment choices. You may be able to participate if you are an adult (18 years or older) with CKD stage 4-5 and live in the US or UK.
