BC3195 for Advanced or Metastatic Cancer

This study is testing a new drug called BC3195 for people with advanced or metastatic (spread to other parts of the body) cancer. BC3195 is an antibody drug conjugate (ADC) that targets a protein called CDH3 on cancer cells. It delivers a chemotherapy drug directly to these cells. The main goals of this study are to find a safe dose of BC3195, understand how it moves through your body, and see if it can shrink tumors. You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, have advanced or metastatic solid tumors, and standard treatments haven't worked or you couldn't tolerate them. This study is currently enrolling participants.

Study design
