Pre-operative Tumor Treating Fields for Lung Cancer

This study is looking at how a device called the NovoTTF-200T System affects patients with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) before surgery. The NovoTTF-200T System uses low-intensity electrical fields to treat cancer. You might be able to join if you have stage I-IIIA NSCLC that can be removed by surgery, are at least 22 years old, and have a good performance status (meaning you can do most daily activities). The main goal is to see how the NovoTTF-200T System affects certain genes related to Fanconi anemia in your tumor after about 2 to 4 weeks of treatment. The current recruitment status is unclear.

Study design
This is an interventional study planning to enroll 18 participants. It will look at the effects of the NovoTTF-200T System.
What's involved
You will have a blood sample taken, vital signs checked, a tumor tissue sample collected, and a tumor scan. You will have 5 scheduled clinic visits over a 2-month period.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
The primary endpoint is measured at approximately 14-28 days after treatment.
