This study is looking at whether specific breathing exercises can help reduce stress and anxiety in physical therapy students. Researchers want to see if practicing daily "Polyvagal Breathing Exercises" (like square breathing, modified Qigong breathing, and three-step breathing) can lower stress levels compared to not doing any exercises. You could be eligible if you are a physical therapy student between 18 and 45 years old and are not currently taking medication for anxiety or depression. The study will measure your stress and anxiety levels after 10 minutes of these exercises. The goal is to see if these breathing techniques can stimulate the polyvagal system, which is involved in regulating your body's response to stress.

Q-Stats, a program to analyze the raw data, will be utilized to interpret the findings. The data is linearized. The lower the number, the more calm the individual is.
