Growing Healthy Children and Families in Rural Arkansas Study

This study, called "Growing Healthy Children and Families in Rural Arkansas," aims to help Hispanic families in rural Arkansas adopt healthier eating habits. Researchers are testing a program that includes seven healthy eating lessons delivered in your home, along with two cooking workshops. The goal is to see if this program can improve dietary behaviors and overall diet quality for mothers and increase fruit and vegetable intake for children. Inclusion

Aged 18 to 45 years old
Living in the United States for at least one year
At least one child aged 7 to 12 years old, and
English and/or Spanish speaker

Exclusion

Unable to read or write in English or Spanish.
