If you have a brain stimulation device (Deep Brain Stimulation or DBS) targeting the anterior nucleus of the thalamus, you might be able to join. The study will compare two different stimulation settings: Set A (145 Hz high frequency stimulation) and Set B (low frequency stimulation, less than 40 Hz). You would receive one setting for three months, then the other for three months. Researchers will measure how often you have seizures (seizure burden) at different times to see which setting works better. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.
