Study of TNX-102 SL for Acute Stress After Car Accidents

This study is looking at whether a medication called TNX-102 SL (cyclobenzaprine HCl sublingual tablets) can help prevent or reduce severe stress reactions and post-traumatic stress (PTSD) in people who have been in a car accident. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 55 years old and come to the emergency department within 72 hours of a car accident. The study will compare TNX-102 SL to a placebo (an inactive pill) to see if it reduces acute stress disorder (ASD) symptoms and improves brain function.
