Memory Training for Opioid Use Disorder

This study is looking into how memory works in people with opioid use disorder (OUD) and if a memory training program called MemFlex can help improve their symptoms and lives. MemFlex uses self-guided exercises to help you switch between specific and general memories, access positive memories, and make those positive memories feel more real. Everyone in the study will receive MemFlex. Researchers also want to understand how brain and heart activity are connected to memory and OUD symptoms. You may be able to join if you are 18 to 60 years old and willing to complete study visits and procedures. The study aims to enroll 30 participants and is currently recruiting.

Study design
This is an interventional study where all 30 participants will receive the MemFlex intervention. There is no placebo group.

You will complete a baseline assessment, four weeks of at-home memory training, and a post-treatment follow-up assessment. Each visit will include a urine sample for drug testing.
