This study is looking at whether group education sessions can help veterans with newly diagnosed cancer plan for their future care. You may be able to join if you are over 18, have a new cancer diagnosis, and speak English. The study will compare usual care (getting educational materials by mail) with a program called "Group Advance Care Planning Education." This program involves two virtual or in-person sessions with a trained health worker to discuss your goals for care.
