This study is looking at how Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training affects the ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) in your elbow. Researchers want to see if using a special device called the Delfi PTS Blood Flow Restriction Tourniquet System during low-intensity exercises changes the thickness of your UCL and the space in your elbow joint. They also want to know if this training improves arm strength. You can join if you are a healthy volunteer between 18 and 50 years old, without recent injuries to your hand, elbow, or shoulder, or certain vascular conditions. The study will measure changes in your UCL thickness and elbow joint laxity after 8 weeks of treatment.
