Ketone-IQ for Obstructive Sleep Apnea
This study is looking at how a dietary supplement called Ketone-IQ might help people with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). OSA is a common breathing problem during sleep that can affect your health. Researchers have seen that a special diet (ketogenic diet) can improve OSA, but it's hard to stick to. This study will test if taking Ketone-IQ, which is an "exogenous ketone" (a ketone body made outside the body), before bed can have a similar effect. You would take Ketone-IQ for two nights and a placebo (an inactive substance) for two nights. The main goal is to see if Ketone-IQ changes your Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHI), which measures how severe your sleep apnea is. This study is for adults aged 18-65 with moderate to severe OSA who already use CPAP successfully. The current status of this study is unclear, and it plans to enroll 30 participants.

Sleep studies will be performed using NOX T3 devices at home. The device will be worn for 2 consecutive nights during each intervention (Ketone IQ, Placebo); 4 nights total (2 nights Ketone-IQ, 2 nights Placebo).
