This observational study is looking at how well adult patients do after spine surgery when doctors use the Viper Prime/Expedium system along with Fibergraft BG Putty. You might be able to join if you are 18 or older and need spine fusion surgery for conditions like degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis (a spinal condition where one vertebra slips forward over another), or spinal trauma.
