This study is looking at how different amounts of phosphorus in your diet affect the balance of phosphorus and calcium in your body if you have moderate chronic kidney disease (CKD). Researchers want to understand if eating a low-phosphorus diet (LP) versus a high-phosphorus diet (HP) changes how your body handles these important minerals. You might be able to join if you are 30-75 years old, have moderate CKD (eGFR category 3b or 4), and your parathyroid hormone levels are above normal. The study aims to see how phosphorus and calcium balance is affected over 5 days. The current recruitment status is unclear, and 14 people are planned to enroll.
