CS-1103 for Methamphetamine Use Disorder

This study is testing a new medication called CS-1103 to see if it is safe and effective for people who use methamphetamine. Researchers want to understand how CS-1103 works in the body when someone has recently used methamphetamine. You may be able to join if you are between 18 and 55 years old, have a methamphetamine use disorder, and are not currently seeking treatment. The study will look at any side effects (adverse events) from CS-1103 by checking your physical health, heart (electrocardiograms or ECGs), and vital signs (like blood pressure and heart rate) over about 10 days. The study plans to enroll 40 participants.

Study design
This is an interventional study with a planned enrollment of 40 participants. It will evaluate different doses of CS-1103.
What's involved
Not specified in the trial record.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
Participants will be followed for 3 days after receiving CS-1103, with an additional follow-up on Day 10.
