CS-1103 for Methamphetamine Use Disorder

This study is testing a new medication called CS-1103 to see if it is safe and effective for people who use methamphetamine. Researchers want to understand how CS-1103 works in the body when someone has recently used methamphetamine. You may be able to join if you are between 18 and 55 years old, have a methamphetamine use disorder, and are not currently seeking treatment. The study will look at any side effects (adverse events) from CS-1103 by checking your physical health, heart (electrocardiograms or ECGs), and vital signs (like blood pressure and heart rate) over about 10 days. The study plans to enroll 40 participants.
