Brain Health on College Campuses Study

This study, called "Brain Health on College Campuses," is looking at how training and education can improve brain health for college students and staff. It uses a program called "Brain Health Strategy Training and Education" (BEHAVIORAL), which includes learning strategies for memory, stress management, sleep, and overall lifestyle. Researchers want to see if these tools, delivered online and through in-person workshops, can lead to generally positive function in thinking, social skills, emotions, and lifestyle. You might be able to join if you are at least 18 years old, a student or employee at UTD or Dallas College, and speak fluent English. The main way success will be measured is by tracking your BrainHealth Index (BHI) over 12 months. The current recruitment status is unclear.
