This study is looking into whether kinesiology tape (KT) can help esports gamers who have symptoms similar to carpal tunnel syndrome, such as numbness, tingling, weakness, or pain in their hands, wrists, or fingers. Researchers will apply Kinesiology Tape to the back of the hand and wrist. They want to see if this tape can reduce these symptoms and if the color of the tape (red versus skin tone) affects performance in first-person shooter games. To join, you must be over 18, play video games more than 5 hours a week, and have specific hand symptoms and a positive Phalen's test result (a test for carpal tunnel syndrome). The main goal is to see how much the tape reduces pain, measured using the McGill Pain Questionnaire Short-Form over a three-week period. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status and plans to enroll 30 participants.

- McGill Pain Questionnaire Short-Format intervals throughout the 3 week cycle
Short Form - McGill Pain Questionnaire - 2 will give outcomes of pain intensity and quality. It includes adjectives to describe both nociceptive pain and neuropathic pain. Pain descriptors can be categorized into Continuous (throbbing pain, cramping pain, gnawing pain, aching pain, heavy pain, tender), Intermittent (shooting pain, stabbing pain, sharp pain, splitting pain, electric-shock pain, piercing), Neuropathic (hot-burning pain, cold-freezing pain, pain caused by light touch, itching, tingling or "pins and needles", numbness), and Affective (tiring-exhausting, sickening, fearful, punishing-cruel) It will be taken 4 times by each participant: before the first application of the KT, after the first application of the KT, before the second application of the KT in the opposite color, and after the second application of the KT in the opposite color.
