This study is looking at whether a medicine called dapagliflozin can help adults who have a "failing Fontan circulation." This is a condition that can happen after a specific heart surgery (Fontan procedure) for single ventricle heart disease, and it can lead to heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, have had a Fontan procedure, and experience shortness of breath (dyspnea) with elevated peripheral venous pressure (PVP). The study will measure your PVP at rest and during exercise to see if dapagliflozin improves it over 12 weeks. The current status of this study is unclear, and it plans to enroll 27 participants.
