Building Community Resilience Program for Community Health Workers

This study is testing a program called "Building Community Resilience Program (BCR)" to help Community Health Workers (CHWs) in New York City. The program uses virtual, hour-long workshops to improve resilience, reduce burnout, and manage psychological stress. We want to see if these workshops can help CHWs feel better and more supported. To join, you need to be an English-speaking CHW, at least 18 years old, living in one of NYC's five boroughs, and working with a participating NYCEAL Community-Based Organization (CBO). We'll measure success by looking at changes in burnout scores before and after the workshops. The current status of the study is unclear, but we plan to enroll 168 participants.
