This study is looking at an educational tool designed to help men aged 65 or older with localized prostate cancer make decisions with their doctors. Specifically, it aims to help them decide if and when to reduce or stop active surveillance (regular check-ups and tests like biopsies or imaging). For many men, their prostate cancer may not need aggressive treatment, or their health might change, making less intensive monitoring a reasonable choice. This study will test different versions of this educational tool to see how well they prepare men for these important decisions. We are looking for men who have not yet received curative treatment for their prostate cancer and are fluent in English. Care partners or caregivers aged 18 or older who are also fluent in English can also participate.
