MINDSET for Depressive Symptoms in Breast Cancer Survivors

This study, called MINDSET, is testing a new way to help people with depression after breast cancer treatment. It compares two approaches: one group will receive daily text messages with links to 15-minute audio mindfulness content for 8 weeks (MINDSET), and the other group will receive weekly text messages with a brochure about depression self-care strategies (Enhanced Usual Care). The study aims to see if the MINDSET approach is practical and well-liked by participants. You might be able to join if you have mild to moderate depression symptoms, have been diagnosed with stage 0-III breast cancer, finished your main cancer treatment within the last two years (not including hormone therapy), and can read and speak English. The study plans to enroll 76 participants.
