Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment for Head Injuries in Mixed Martial Artists

This study is looking at how osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) can help people recover after a head injury from Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). OMM involves a doctor using their hands to adjust the body, including the head, to improve alignment and release tension. Researchers believe that small changes in bones, joints, and fluids after a head injury might lead to traumatic brain injury (TBI). This study will compare OMM to a sham (inactive) treatment.
