Weight Loss Through Mayo Clinic Diet Study

This study is looking at how well the Mayo Clinic Diet helps people lose weight compared to usual care, which involves general healthy eating information. We want to see if the Mayo Clinic Diet leads to at least 5% weight loss, and how easy it is to stick with over time. We'll also look at changes in body composition and quality of life. You can join if you are between 18 and 64 years old, have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or higher (which indicates overweight or obesity), and can read English. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status, but plans to enroll 250 people.
