Inhaled Technosphere Insulin for Exercise-Induced Hypoglycemia in T1D

This study is looking at adults (18-65 years old) with type 1 diabetes (T1D) who use a Tandem t:slim X2 or Mobi insulin pump with Control-IQ technology. The goal is to see if using inhaled Technosphere Insulin for a meal before exercise is safer and works better than your usual rapid-acting insulin (RAA insulin) given through your pump to prevent low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) during exercise. About 30 people will join this study. Success will be measured by how often blood sugar levels drop below 70 mg/dL 90 minutes after a meal. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.

This is a randomized crossover study, meaning you will try different treatments in a random order. About 30 participants are planned to be enrolled.
