e-Health Psychosocial Stress and Symptom Management (ePSMI) for Pancreatic Cancer Patients

This study is testing a new web-based program called ePSMI to help pancreatic cancer patients manage stress and symptoms. The ePSMI program involves weekly one-hour sessions of cognitive behavioral stress management, which can be done in person or remotely for ten weeks. This program aims to reduce anxiety and help change negative thoughts. You may be able to join if you are over 18, speak English or Spanish, and have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer or pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (PNET). The researchers will measure how many people join, stay in the study, and participate in the program over one year to see how well it works.
