Researchers will perform a test called coronary reactivity testing (CRT) to measure blood flow before and after giving nitroglycerin. The main goal is to see how nitroglycerin affects the coronary flow reserve (CFR), which is a measure of how well your heart arteries can increase blood flow. About 50 people will participate in this study. You can join if you are 18 or older, have ANOCA or INOCA, and have clinical suspicion of angina. The study aims to understand if nitroglycerin can improve blood flow in these patients.
