Addressing Social Needs for Metro Detroit Cancer Survivors

This study is looking at how well we can identify and address social needs, like access to food or digital resources, among cancer survivors in Metro Detroit. The main intervention is using a screening tool to understand your social needs and then connecting you with community resources that can help. We want to see if at least 80% of participants can complete this screening tool and if we can successfully refer people to services. You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, have a past or current cancer diagnosis, live in Wayne, Oakland, or Macomb counties, speak English, and are receiving care at Karmanos Cancer Institute or are part of the Detroit Research on Cancer Survivors (ROCS) study. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.
