This research study is looking at a new way to use MRI scans with a special gas called Xenon (Xe MRI) to get a clearer picture of how your lungs are working. The goal is to see if these detailed images can help doctors plan radiation therapy for lung cancer more precisely, protecting healthy lung tissue. Researchers will also measure your lung function using tests like spirometry and assess your quality of life with questionnaires. This study aims to understand how lung function changes after radiation therapy and if using Xe MRI can lead to better outcomes for patients. We are looking for 15 participants aged 18 to 80 years old. The study status is currently unclear.
