RACS app for early detection of cognitive decline
This study is testing a new tool called the RACS app to help doctors easily screen for cognitive impairment (problems with memory or thinking) in older adults. The RACS app includes risk assessment questions, a symbol matching task, and voice tasks. We want to see if using the RACS app helps primary care doctors identify cognitive decline earlier. We are looking for 100 participants aged 60 and older who are fluent in Spanish. To see if the RACS app is successful, we will measure your cognitive performance (thinking skills) at the start of the study, and again at 6 and 12 months. The current recruitment status is unclear.
