Resilience in Opioid Use Disorder Study

This study aims to understand how resilience works in people with opioid use disorder (OUD). Researchers are using two types of interventions: one that creates a stress response (Acute Stress Intervention) and one that does not (Non-Stress Intervention). You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, have OUD or are receiving treatment for it, and have opioids in your urine. The study will measure your self-reported resilience, as well as how quickly and flexibly your brain responds to tasks after these interventions. The goal is to see if these objective tasks match up with how resilient you feel during stressful and non-stressful situations. The current status of this study is unclear, and it plans to enroll 125 people.

Study design
