Researchers want to compare people who have had serious burns (covering 20% or more of their body) with people who haven't had burns. You would spend time in a heated room (up to 40°C or 104°F) doing three cycles of exercise followed by rest. This will be done once in low humidity and once in high humidity. The main goal is to see how your core temperature changes during these cycles. To join, you need to be between 18 and 65 years old and generally healthy if you haven't had burns. The study is currently recruiting 70 participants.
