This study is looking for adults aged 30-65 with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D), Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults (LADA), or diabetes due to Pancreatitis, who currently exercise less than once a week. The goal is to help you exercise more often and with more confidence. You'll receive a free Garmin smartwatch and a program membership that includes exercise coaching and personalized feedback about how your insulin, carbohydrates, exercise, sleep, and blood sugar are connected. You'll also wear the fitness watch and keep a daily health diary. The study will measure how long you exercise each week over 20 weeks to see if the program helps. This is a remote study, so you don't need to live in Connecticut.
