Tibial IMN Vs. Tibial Micromotion IMN for Tibial Fractures

This study is looking at two different types of intramedullary nails (IMNs) used to fix unstable tibial fractures (broken shin bones). You would receive either a standard IMN or a micromotion IMN, which is designed to allow tiny movements at the fracture site that might help with healing.
