Improving Sleep and Mindfulness for Older Adults

This study is testing a behavioral intervention called "Sleep health and mindfulness intervention" to see if it can improve sleep, quality of life, and thinking skills in older adults living in residential facilities. The intervention includes educational modules on sleep health and mindfulness strategies. Researchers will also identify influential people within each facility to help share these messages. You may be able to join if you are an adult aged 55 or older living in a residential facility and do not have severe cognitive impairment (problems with thinking and memory). The study will measure how long it takes to recruit participants, how many sessions are attended, and the proportion of participants who complete the program. The current status of this study is unclear.
