This study is testing if a treatment called CARAT, which combines language therapy and robot-assisted arm therapy, can help people who have had a stroke improve their language and arm movements. Researchers want to see if CARAT works better than just robot-assisted arm therapy alone. You might be able to join if you are 18-90 years old, right-handed before your stroke, speak English, had a stroke on the left side of your brain at least 6 months ago, and have aphasia (difficulty with language) and problems naming things. The study will measure improvements in naming ability using the Philadelphia Naming Test and arm movement using the Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Motor Assessment.
