PHOX2B PC-CAR T Cells for Relapsed Neuroblastoma

This study is testing a new treatment called PHOX2B PC-CAR T Cells for children and young adults with neuroblastoma that has come back (relapsed) or is hard to treat (refractory). This treatment uses your own T cells (a type of immune cell) that are specially modified to target neuroblastoma cells. The main goals are to find the safest dose of PHOX2B PC-CAR T Cells and to see how often side effects happen. Eligibility criteria

Inclusion

Bone Sites
Bone marrow: Any amount of tumor cells in the bone marrow (including neuroblasts, mature and maturing ganglion cells).
Soft tissue site(s) a) At least one soft tissue lesion that meets criteria for a target lesion as defined by: 1. Size: Lesion can be accurately measured in at least one dimension with a longest diameter ≥ 10 mm or for discrete lymph nodes ≥ 15 mm short axis.
